Our Vineyard
Among the majestic mountains of the foothills, a young vineyard beats that promises great moments. Here, under the sun and the high altitude wind, we take care of our Cabernet Franc and Malbec vines with dedication.
In 2024 we proudly celebrated our first vintage, a dream come true. Now, as the wine rests patiently in the barrels, awaiting its moment of perfection, we are eagerly preparing for the next harvest in 2025. Each bottle will be a testament to our land, our effort and the love we put into each cluster.
Ecological Project
We respect and value the environment that welcomes us, as well as the natural resources provided by this mountain environment.
Our cabins have been built using the noble materials of the area such as mud, stone and wood. Efficient materials in thermal insulation. The energy is provided by solar panels and the water comes from water tables high in the mountain range, we hope that our guests appreciate and support our vision by taking care of the use of these resources. We avoid the use of plastics and have a recycling system in each cabin.
